Returns and Exchanges

REGULAR RETURNS
Within 30 days of your purchase we will accept and refund your full purchase providing:

• All original packaging with documentation and original tags are with the return
• All returning items are in unused and uninstalled condition.

*We do not charge a re-stocking fee on most regularly stocked items bought in-store if returned within 30 days in brand new, packaged condition. Special order items will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)
Please call, email, or come into the store to inform us of your desire to return your purchase.

For items purchased through our website and shipped to you, we will e-mail a return shipping label. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Place this label on the return package and drop it at any Canada Post location. Your refund will be processed manually once the item returns to our store location.
